Terms of service

Medicloom is clinic management software offered on a monthly or yearly subscription after a 30-day free trial. Patients use the patient app free of charge.

Clinic responsibilities

The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of medical records and prescriptions, for obtaining patients' consent where needed, and for keeping staff passwords private. Medicloom does not give medical advice.

Availability and backups

We back up data daily and aim for high availability, but clinics should keep a paper fallback for outages and may download a backup at any time.

Fees and cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period. On cancellation, clinics can download their data for 90 days, after which it is deleted.
